Who we can't accept right now
At this time we are not accepting new patients who fit either of the following criteria.
Patients requiring chronic pain management narcotic refills
We do not provide ongoing controlled-substance prescriptions for chronic pain.
Patients under the age of 16
We are an adult family medicine practice. Children 15 and under need a pediatric provider.
